Due to the COVID-19 outbreak, you can only book telephone appointments with a GP online at the moment, not face-to-face GP appointments. Select an appropriate appointment time and then the GP will call you. Do not come into the surgery for a GP appointment booked online at this time.

Instead of booking an appointment online or calling us, you can use eConsult. To complete an eConsult, go to the eConsult website, answer questions related to your condition or query and submit your answers to the practice. You will be contacted with any necessary follow up e.g. if you need to make an appointment.

If the GP has asked you to book a blood test, you can book this online with our Healthcare Assistant (HCA), Sam Jones. Please ensure you book two appointments together if you have previously experienced problems when having a blood test (e.g. fainting).

To book any other type of appointment with our HCA or one of our Practice Nurses, please telephone the practice. HCA and nurse appointments can vary in duration depending on the procedure required, therefore we ask you to telephone us so we can book an appointment of the appropriate duration.

If you are asked to come into the surgery for an appointment, please wear a face covering.

Please refer to the website for self-isolation guidance if you have a potential or confirmed case of Coronavirus.

What are the rules on self-isolating?
Self-isolating means staying at home and not leaving it. Anyone who has either tested positive for coronavirus or shown symptoms should isolate themselves for at least 10 days, and those who show symptoms should arrange to get tested.

Symptoms include:

  • a new continuous cough
  • a high temperature
  • a loss of, or change in, your normal sense of taste or smell

You can find more information about Coronavirus on our Information about Coronavirus page.
