We are getting new phones and our system is set to go live Friday 28th June 2024!
Please bear with us whilst we go through this transition from our old phone system to the new one.
The reason for the transition is to enable you to have a better patient experience and to ensure that we are running a safe, accessible Practice fit for the future.
The options when you call the practice will change, so it is important that you listen to the new options available to ensure you choose the correct extension. It will take time for the staff and you as a patient to use and understand the new system. Please be patient with the team.
You will be offered a call back option if you have been in the queue for an extended period of time. You will not lose your place in the queue and you will receive a call back from the practice as soon as your place becomes available. Please make sure your phone is not on silent to ensure you hear the call.
