Dear Patient
Due to on-going staffing shortages the practice has decided to informally close the patient list to new registrants in order to enable us to deliver an effective and safe level of service to those patients who are currently registered with us.
Unfortunately, it is estimated that you will not be able to register with us until November at the earliest and we are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause you and/or your family.
Please rest assured that we are actively seeking to resolve this situation and will do everything possible to reopen the list as soon as it is practically possible.
It is suggested that you register with a local practice.
