01.07.19 saw the formation of Exeter City Primary Care Network (PCN)
We are a group of practices working together to provide patient services covering Exeter city centre.
The practices are:
- Barnfield Hill Surgery
- The Clock Tower Surgery
- St Leonard’s Medical Practice
- Southernhay House Surgery
- Whipton Surgery
- Wonford Green Surgery
As our network develops we will recruit multi-disciplinary teams including pharmacists, physios, paramedics and social prescribing support workers.
The idea is that this will free up time for GPs so they can focus more on supporting patients with the greatest needs and the most complex conditions.
